Based in Washington D.C., the Atlas Network is a nonprofit organization connecting a global network of more than 400 organisations promoting freedom and free enterprise around the world.
The organisations it supports do a range of activities, with some focusing on human rights and others directing their attention to economic rights and accountable governments. All fall under the common banner of promoting freedom.
In the case of Ineng, we advocate for public policies that give entrepreneurs the freedom to start and run businesses, without restrictive laws and regulations. We do this through our Entrepreneurs in Public Policy program.
Atlas has and continues to provide training and support to Ineng members. Ineng is the twentieth African group to join the network, the third from South Africa, and the first to be based in Cape Town.
