Ineng and Activate are hosting an informal meeting to discuss issues affecting entrepreneurs in South Africa. Few would argue that small businesses and entrepreneurs are crucial for tackling unemployment, poverty and inequality in the country.
However, what policies are holding entrepreneurs back from success? What can government, the province and the City do to create a more enabling environment for small businesses in Cape Town?
Join us this Saturday to discuss these issues. Ineng’s Entrepreneurs in Public Policy program is focused on tackling issues that affect entrepreneurs in South Africa. If you are an entrepreneur, or an aspiring entrepreneur and there’s a law or regulation that’s hampering your ability to do business please join us.
Alternatively if you’re a student or researcher who has some policy proposals you’d like to make public please get in touch and attend. We’re always looking to publicize policy solutions to social issues.
If you’re just curious about policy issues and entrepreneurship please join us as well!
