South Africa’s relatively recent political realignments at a city level in Johannesburg, Tshwane and Nelson Mandela Bay reflect anticipated national realignment in 2019 or 2024. A key question remains: “How can entrepreneurs and their advocates use the shifts in South Africa’s political landscape to advance legislation that creates the best environment possible for entrepreneurship and SMEs?”
